Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup(s) Chilled butter
1 Cup(s) Grated cheese, any kind
2 Ounce(s) Chopped Anchovy Fillets
1/3 Cup(s) Chopped black olives
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place flour, butter, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne in afood
processor and mix until forms a firm dough. Wrap dough in plastic wrap
and chill for 20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out
dough on lightly flouredsurface. Cut dough into 2 inch strips. Cut
strips diagonally to make smalltriangles. Bake 8-10 minutes on baking
sheets. Cool.May keep in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Posted
