Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon(s) Olive oil
1 Onion, cut into 1/4" wedges
1 Medium jalapeno pepper cut
Crosswise into rings.
1 Small clove garlic
8 Ounce(s) Beef round tip steak cut 1/8
To 1/4" thick
2 Kaiser rolls
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped tomato
Directions:
Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add
onion,jalapeno pepper and garlic; stir fry 3-4 minutes or until
lightlybrowned. remove from skillet; reserve. Add beef steaks to
skillet; cookover medium-high heat 1-2 minutes, turning once. DO NOT
OVERCOOK. Placeequal amounts of beef on bottom half of each kaiser
roll. Top with equalamounts of reserved onion mixture and chopper
