Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1/4 Cup(s) Butter, softened
1/2 Cup(s) Orange juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Mllk
1 Egg
1 1/4 Cup(s) Chopped dried apricots
1/4 12-oz Nestle Toll House
little bits semi-sweet
chocolate
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking
powder, salt and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar
and butter; beat well. Add orange juice, milk and egg; beat well.
Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in apricots, Nestle Toll House
Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate and nuts. Spread into greased and
floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Makes
