Ingredients:
2 Chic peas, rinsed and
drained
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground coriander
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground ginger
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Mild paprika
3/4 Cup(s) Fresh orange juice
1/3 Cup(s) Tahini
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3 Tablespoon(s) Cider vinegar
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Soy sauce
Cayenne to taste
Directions:
Combine everything in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Transferto a bowl or a container with a lid, cover tightly and
chill.Serve as a dip, surrounded by an array of raw and or lightly
steamedvegetables - or simply with crackers. This also goes beautifully
in atoasted pita pocket with minced salad greens and chopped ripe
