1 Pound(s) Extra-lean ground beef
1/4 Cup(s) Quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 Cup(s) Green onions, chopped fine
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt, if desired
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Allspice
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/4 Cup(s) Fat-free egg product, thaw
8 Ounce(s) Pineapple tidbits in
unsweetened juice
drained
1/2 Cup(s) Reduced-sugar orange
Marmalade
1 Tablespoon(s) Finely chopped green onions
Directions:
Prep Time: 30 minutesIn medium bowl, combine all meatball ingredients;
mix well. Shape intoabout 36 (1-inch) balls.Spray large nonstick
skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat overmedium-high heat until
hot. Add meatballs; cook 8 to 10 minutes or untilmeatballs are browned
and centers are no longer pink, turningfrequently.Stir in all sauce
ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutesor until
