Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 Cup(s) Lowfat cream cheese
softened
1/4 Cup(s) Orange marmalade, or chutney
1 Teaspoon(s) Poppy seeds
Orange curls or zest
strands optional garnish
Directions:
Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels, andspread
to 1/2-inch thickness. Cover with additional paper towels; letstand 5
minutes. Scrape yogurt into a medium bowl, using a rubberspatula. Add
cream cheese to yogurt. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixeruntil
smooth. Stir in marmalade and poppy seeds. Cover and chill atleast 25
minutes. Stir before serving. Garnish with orange curls, if desired.
Servewith assorted fresh fruit. Store remaining dip, tightly covered,
