Ingredients:

1/2 Cup(s) Orange juice
1/2 Banana
White of 1 egg
Directions:
Put ingredients in blender. Blend well. Drink for 7 to 10 days in
morning for breakfast with whole grain toast. Should feel better in 3
to 5 days. Can be taken twice a day if you are really wiped out!
