Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
1 Cup(s) Sour creame
2 Tablespoon(s) parsley
1 Tablespoon(s) Onion, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Teaspoon(s) Curry powder
6 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 Pound(s) Mock crabmeat
Paprika
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart
casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350^ for 40 to 50 minutes.
