Ingredients:
1 Broccoli, about 1 pound
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried basil
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Tablespoon(s) Sesame or olive oil
2 Teaspoon(s) Sesame seeds
Pepper
Directions:
Divide broccoli into florets; slice stalks thinly on the diagonal.
Placein steamer set over boiling water; sprinkle with basil and salt.
Coverand steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.Remove steamer
basket and set aside. Drain pan and return to mediumheat to dry. Add
oil and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute or untilgolden. Add broccoli
and toss for 30 seconds. Season with pepper totaste. Makes 4 servings.
