1 1/4 Pound(s) Asparagus
5 Cup(s) Vegetable broth
1 Yellow bell pepper, in 1"
strips
2 Teaspoon(s) Olive oil
1/3 Cup(s) Minced onion
1/4 Cup(s) Celery, finely chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Dry white wine, defrosted
1 1/3 Cup(s) Arborio rice

Directions:
Saute the onions and celery in the oil. Cook the risotto with the
