Ingredients:
2 Sprigs fresh parsley
1 Sprig fresh dill
10 Fresh blades of chives
3 Peppercorns
1 Cup(s) Diced cooked shrimp
1 Cup(s) Sour cream
1/4 Cup(s) Dry Sherry
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
Directions:
In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely
chopped;add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining
ingredients;blend until smooth. Chill. Garnish with additional coarsely
cut chives.Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp. Makes about 1 3/4
