Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup(s) 1% milk
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Box, 10 oz Birds Eye frozen
Deluxe Asparagus Spears
thawed
1/2 Cup(s) Monterey jack or cheddar
cheese shredded
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400°. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt;
blend thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 in. greased baking pan; add
asparagus. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm.
Makes 4 servings. Prep Time: 5-7 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes
