Ingredients:
2/3 Pound(s) Asparagus
1/4 Cup(s) Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon(s) Sliced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Rinse asparagus in cold water. Snap off tough ends. Slice asparagus
into 1-inch pieces diagonally. Heat oil in wok over high heat 30
seconds. Stir-fry garlic until golden (30 seconds). Add asparagus and
salt. Stir-fry 3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve hot
