Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
1 Dash(s) Garlic juice
1 Cup(s) Olive or salad oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Chopped parsley
2 15 oz. whole asparagus, drain
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1/3 Cup(s) Tarragon vinegar
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped shallots or onions
2 Tablespoon(s) Chopped pimento
1 Tablespoon(s) Capers
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic juice in a
bowl. Add vinegar and oil slowly, beating constantly. Add onions or
shallots, parsley, pimento, and capers. Mix well. Pour over asparagus
