Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Beef, cut in strips
1/4 Cup(s) Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Hickory salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Onion salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1 Dash(s) Hot sauce
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and marinate in the fridge for at least
8hours, mixing occasionally. Then, skewer the marinated strips on
bambooskewers (or toothpicks) and hand the strips in the oven with a
pan belowto catch the drippings. Set the oven on its lowest setting
(100-150 F)and use something to keep the door ajar. The jerky should be
