Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Honey
1/4 Cup(s) Coarsely chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon(s) Brandy, optional
1 Wheel, 14 oz. Brie cheese
about 5 inch diameter
Directions:
Combine honey, pecans and brandy, if desired, in small bowl.
Placecheese on large round ovenproof platter or 9 inch pie plate. Bake
inpreheated 500 degrees F oven 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese
softens.Drizzle honey mixture over top of cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes
longer oruntil topping is thoroughly heated. Do not melt cheese. Tip:
Serve as aparty dish with crackers, tart apple wedges and seedless
