Ingredients:
1 Quart(s) Skim milk
2 Quart(s) Water
4 Cinnamon sticks
1/4 Cup(s) Rice flour, see directions
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:
apowder in the blender.Pour the milk in a wide skillet and bring to a
boil. Reduce to a simmercook, stirring frequently, until reduced by
half, 20-30 minutes. Strainin a large sauce pan and add the water and
cinnamon sticks.Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from theheat and let sit 15 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks
and reserve.Combine the rice flour, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Pour
in the milkmixture & whisk to incorporate well. Refrigerate at least 4
hours. Thenpour the liquid into a pitcher, discard the sediment that
has settled onthe bottom the bowl. Serve cold over ice with cinnamon
sticks.Can be used as a cocktail by adding Kahlua. Recipe By : Mary
