Ingredients:
2 Quart(s) Water
1 Cup(s) Rice
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Lemon
1 Cup(s) Sugar
Directions:
Wash the rice under running water in a strainer & leave to soak for
3hrs a bowl of water. Drain and boil in 2 quarts of water. When
therice is cooked, leave to cool and force through a sieve, mashing
thegrains with a spoon. Add the sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and
