Ingredients:
3 Squares unsweetened
chocolate
1 Cup(s) Sugar, divided
4 EGGS, SEPARATED
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/2 Cup(s) Broken pecans
Whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Stir in 1/3
cupsugar. Beat egg whites and salt. Continue beating and add 1/3 cup
sugar.Combine yolks and whites. Fold in chocolate. Add vanilla and
nuts. Turninto a well-buttered 1 quart casserole. Set casserole in pan
of hotwater. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375ø. Serve with whipped
