Ingredients:
4 Bacon
1/2 Pound(s) Fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 Onion, finley chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoon(s) All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
8 Ounce(s) Pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup(s) Sour cream
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, and drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon and
setaside. Drain off bacon drippings, reserving 2 tablespoons in
skillet.Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring
often, untilliquid is evaporated. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Then
add creamcheese, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; cook, stirring
constantly,until cheese melts. Stir sour cream and bacon into mushroom
mixture;cook until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. (Do Not
Boil.) Servewarm with assorted crackers. Yield: 2 1/2 cups. Submitted
