Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) Frozen hash browns, slightly
thawed OR
58 Ounce(s) Hominy, 2 large cans
1/4 Cup(s) Margarine
1/4 Chopped onion
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Pound(s) Cheddar longhorn cheese
4 Ounce(s) Diced green chiles, 1 can
8 Ounce(s) Sour cream
10 Ounce(s) Cream of chicken soup, 1
Can
Non-stick spray
Cornflake crumbs
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into
sprayed 13- by 9-inch dish. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350
