Ingredients:
1 Ounce(s) 1/4 cup shredded provolone
cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme leaves
16 Slices cocktail-sized
pumpernickel bread
Directions:
In small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; mix
well.Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese mixture on each bread slice.
Placeslices on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat
for 2 to4 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yield 16 appetizers Typed
