Ingredients:
30 Ounce(s) Garbanzo beans, 2 cans
undrained
3 Cloves garlic
5 Tablespoon(s) Tahini, sesame seed paste
1/4 Cup(s) Fresh lemon juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Water
Directions:
Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 cup liquid, and set aside.Position
knife blade in food processor bowl.Drop garlic through food chute with
processor running, and process 3seconds or until minced. Add garbanzo
beans, reserved 1/4 cup liquid,and remaining ingredients; process 3
minutes or until smooth. Yield: 3cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).Per
serving: 300 Calories; 8g Fat (22% calories from fat); 15g Protein;45g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 18mg SodiumServing Ideas : Serve with
