Ingredients:
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) SODA.
1 1/4 Cup(s) Buttermilk
2 Cup(s) Sugar
3/4 Cup(s) Oil
3 Eggs
3 Cup(s) Plain flour
3 Bananas, mashed
1 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 Cup(s) Pecans, chopped
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Dissolve soda in milk. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Beat with mixer
well. Add nuts that have been floured just enough to cover. Bake at
