Ingredients:
1/4 Pound(s) Butter or margarine
1/4 Pound(s) Sharp cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Pecan halves
1 Egg white, beaten
Directions:
Blend butter or margarine with shredded cheese until smooth. Add the
Worcestershire sauce. Combine dry ingredients and add to butter
mixture. Mix thoroughly and shape into small balls. Place on ungreased
cookie sheet and press with fork. Brush pecan halves with egg white;
place on top of Cheese Snacks. Bake at 325ø for 25 minutes. Yield:
