Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Sieved avocado
1 Clove garlic
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Minced Parsley
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Celery seed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3 Tabasco sauce, more or less
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated onion
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Prepared mustard
Directions:
Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through
a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and
other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup. From <The
