Ingredients:
2 Whole portabella mushrooms
1/3 Cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar
1 Garlic, elephant roasted
1/3 Cup(s) Sun-dried tomatoes
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter
1 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
1 Teaspoon(s) Basil
1 Teaspoon(s) parsley
16 Ounce(s) Angel hair pasta, fresh
Directions:
Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add salt/pepper/roasted
garlicand water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour than add 1 tbs butter
on topand other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, till crispy. Put
