1/3 Cup(s) Pine nuts
2 1/2 Pound(s) Lean ground lamb
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Onion, diced
2 Garlic, minced +
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoon(s) Ground pepper
2 Teaspoon(s) Dried basil
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
4 Ounce(s) Feta cheese, crumbled
8 Ounce(s) Can tomato sauce
Garnishes: dried parsley
Fresh parsley sprigs
Directions:

350 degrees F. stirring occasionally,5 minutes or until toasted.COMBINE
pine nuts and next 9 ingredients; press half of mixture into alightly
greased 9x5-inch loafpan. Sprinkle with cheese, and pressremaining lamb
mixture over cheese.BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours; remove from
pan, and place on arack in a broiler pan. Pour tomato sauce over top;
bake 10 more minutesor until done. Garnish, if desired.Serve with
