Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Creamy herb-garlic cheese
8 Crepes
1/2 Pound(s) Tiny cooked shrimp
3 Tablespoon(s) Chopped fresh chives
2 1/2 Cup(s) Shredded Jack Cheese
Directions:
Bring cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On
eachof four crepes: Spread two TBL garlic herb cheese. Place
cheese-side-upon a buttered baking sheet or oven-proof serving plate.
Mix shrimp, 21/4 cups of the jack cheese and chives. Divide and spread
on the fourcrepes. Top each with another crepe, and sprinkle with
remaining jackcheese. Bake until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes. Cut
