1 Eagle Brand Fat Free or Low
Fat Sweetened Condensed

4 Egg whites
1 Egg
1/3 Cup(s) ReaLemon Lemon Juice from
concentrate
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
1/3 Cup(s) Unsifted flour
1 Cup(s) Fresh assorted fruit
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray bottom of 8-inch springform
panwith cooking spray; sprinkle crumbs on bottom of pan. In mixer
bowl,beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until
smooth.Add egg whites, egg, ReaLemon and vanilla; mix well. Stir in
flour. Pourinto prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is
