Ingredients:
12 Ounce(s) Pkg corn muffin mix
2 Teaspoon(s) Dried chives
Dash freshly ground black
Pepper
1 Egg
2/3 Cup(s) Milk
1/2 Cup(s) Crisp crumbled bacon
Directions:
Combine corn muffin mix, dried chives and pepper in mixing bowl.
Continue muffin preparation, adding egg and milk according to package
directions. Fold in crumbled bacon. Turn into 12 greased 2 3/4" muffin
tins lined with paper liners. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for
20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve hot. From Jeane Dixon's
