Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3/4 Cup(s) Butter or margarine, softene
1 Cup(s) Sugar
3/4 Cup(s) Pumpkin, canned
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
4 Eggs
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt; set aside. *
Inlarge bowl, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add pumpkin
&vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients;
mixwell. * Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. * Bake in
preheated350 oven for 60-65 mins. Cool 15 mins. Remove from pan; cool
