Ingredients:
10 Ounce(s) Frozen cooked shrimp
thawed rinsed and
drained
1 Light cream cheese, softened
8 oz
1/4 Cup(s) Light mayonnaise
1/3 Cup(s) Thinly sliced green onions
with tops
2/3 Cup(s) Pace Picante sauce
2 Teaspoon(s) Horseradish, as desired
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
Directions:
Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.
Combinecream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Reserve 1 tablespoon
green onionsfor garnish. Stir remaining green onions and remaining
ingredients intocream cheese mixture; mix well. Spoon into serving
bowl. Chill at least2 hours or up to 24 hours. Stir; garnish with
reserved shrimp and greenonions. Serve with assorted vegetable
