1/4 Cup(s) Capers, drained
1/4 Cup(s) Anchovy Fillets
1/4 Cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
In food processor or blender, mix all ingredients together to obtain
asmooth spread, about 10 seconds. Serve this olive paste "peasant
caviar"in a bowl as a side dish to be spread on rustic Italian bread
forpicnics, barbecues, or a buffet appetizer. Chef's tip: to pit,
placeolive on a board and press with a knife blade. The pit should
easily beremoved with your fingers.
