Ingredients:
1 Refried beans, 16 oz can
1 Cream cheese, 8 oz. size
1 Your favorite chili, 16 oz
size
1 Shredded cheddar cheese, 8
oz size
1 Shredded Monterey Jack
cheese 8 oz. size
1 Bag your favorite tortilla
chips or fritos
Directions:
Spread beans in bottom of 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle some
cheddarand jack cheese, about 4 oz.of each. Slice cream cheese thinly
and layout as a layer over beans and cheeses. Pour over 1 can of your
favoritechili, or home made.Top with remaining cheeses. Microwave on
High power5 minutes or til bubbly and heated through. Serve with
chips.Toss in some green chile peppers and chopped fresh tomatoes under
