Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
2 Cup(s) Cooked chicken, diced or
turkey ham pork or
roast
beef
1 Cup(s) Cooked mixed vegetables
1 Cream of chicken soup, 10
3/4 ounce
1 Teaspoon(s) Poultry Seasoning, For
Chicken Or Turkey Only
1 Teaspoon(s) Celery salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1/2 Cup(s) Chicken broth
1 Cup(s) Grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Place onion and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (100%) until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all
ingredients except cheese, with onions. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 12 to 14 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is
melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Makes 6 servings. NOTE: If using ham, use
cream of asparagus soup. If using leftover roast pork, use cream of
celery soup. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup.
