Ingredients:
1 Egg noodles, boil rinse
drain
1 Pound(s) Flank steak, thinly sliced
1 1/3 Tablespoon(s) Cornstarch
1/4 Cup(s) Soy sauce
1 1/3 Tablespoon(s) sherry
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
SAUCE
2 Cup(s) Chicken stock
1/4 Cup(s) Oyster sauce
2 Teaspoon(s) Sesame oil
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup(s) Oil
Directions:
Mix together first cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry. Add prepared
steakand marinate for 15 minutes minimum. Prepare sauce. Heat wok. Add
2 tbspoil and heat. Add garlic; brown. Discard. Add beef and stir until
almostdone. Add sauce mixture and stir until thick. Add green onions
andsesame oil. Mix well and keep warm. Pour meat and sauce over
