1 Jar, 12-oz apricot jam

11:09:58 -0500 (EST) Mix cereals, fruits, andnuts in large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cerealmixture, mixing well.
Spray 2 cookie sheets with butter-flavoredcooking spray. Spread
granola evenly on sheets and bake at 300 deg. F.for 25-35 min. Stir
granola and change racks every 5-7 min. There's afine line between not
crunchy enough and too browned, so watch closely. Cool completely and
