Ingredients:
2 Thick slices sourdough bread
or italian bread toasted
2 Tablespoon(s) Hot pepper jelly
4 Cheddar cheese, thin
2 Ounce(s) Shaved Black Forest ham
Directions:
Pack in a container with crunchy coleslaw. Carry the paper
towel-wrappedsandwich in separate air-tight container. Spread 1 side of
each toastslice with jelly. Lay cheese on top of each. Top 1 of the
slices withham; invert remaining slice over top. Wrap in paper towel;
microwave atHigh for about 1 minute or until cheese has melted.Per
