Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Thyme
3/4 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Cup(s) Chopped celery
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Finnes herbs
1 Cup(s) Uncooked long-grain rice
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Envelope Lipton chicken
noodle soup mix
2 1/2 Cup(s) Water
Directions:
Brown celery, onion, and rice in butter (15-20 min) on med heat. Stir
inall other ingredients (can keep in frying pan if enough room or use
asauce pan), cover, simmer 15 min or until moisture is soaked up.
