Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Brown rice flour
Or oat flour, * see note
1/2 Cup(s) Garbanzo flour, ** see

1/2 Cup(s) Cornmeal
1 1/2 Cup(s) Water
2 Tablespoon(s) Honey
1 Tablespoon(s) Applesauce
4 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly
oiledgriddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry,
turnover and cook on other side.HELPFUL HINTS: Add raisins or chopped
fruit to the batter, if desired.If you have a non-tsick griddle, you
