Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup(s) Flour
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/4 Cup(s) Milk
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoon(s) Unsalted butter, melted
1/2 Cup(s) Blueberries, optional
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, butter, berries andvanilla.
Blend thoroughly. Pour over dry ingredients and mix with whisk,stopping
when just combined. Don't worry if batter is a bit lumpy. Lightly
butter, oil or spray griddle. Preheat over med heat (or350F). If you
want to hold pancakes until serving time, preheat oven to200F. Spoon
1/4-cup batter onto griddle for each pancake, allowing spacefor
spreading. When undersides of pancakes are goldena nd tops arespeckled
with bubbles that pop and stay open, flip and cook until othersides are
brown. Serve immediately or keep in oven while you make restof
batch."Simple, fast and foolproof. Do not over-mix the batter, or
