Ingredients:
Non stick cooking spray
1 1/4 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Egg
1 1/4 Cup(s) Buttermilk
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder, heaping
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1/4 Cup(s) COOKING OIL
1 Pinch(s) Salt
Directions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray. In a
blender or with a mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour
the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inchcircles. When
the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should begolden
brown. Cook pancakes on the other side for same amount of time, until
goldenbrown. Makes 8-10 pancakes.NOTES : From
