Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Rice
5 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Tomatoe paste
1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 Bay leaf
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Pinch of thyme
Directions:
Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan. Add the rice and onion and
saute,stirring, until golden. Add the tomato paste, thyme and paprika
and mixwell. Pour in 2 cups of water and season. Add the bay leaf and
let boilfor about 20 minutes, until rice is done. Source: Great Moments
