Ingredients:
8 up to
9 Sliced peaches or apples
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Cup(s) Flour
1 Egg
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/3 Cup(s) Melted butter
Cream or whipped cream
Directions:
Butter a 9-inch pan & put sliced fruit in it. Sprinkle with
2tablespoons sugar. Combine 1 cup sugar with flour, baking powder, egg
&salt & put on top of fruit. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake
