Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Bisquick® Baking Mix
1 Egg
2 Tablespoon(s) Packed brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
1 Peach Slices In Juice
drained
1/2 Cup(s) Heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Beat all ingredients except peaches and whipping cream with a wirewisk
or hand beater until well blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot
greased griddle. Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges, turn
over and cookuntil golden brown. Top with peach slices and whipped
cream.NOTES : 2 pancakes per serving; 274 calories with 13 grams of fat
