10 Ounce(s) Artichoke hearts, frozen
1 Onion, chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic, chopped
4 Ounce(s) Tomato sauce

Pepper, freshly ground
Directions:
Melt the butter in the olive oil and sautee the onion and garlic for
3min. Add the frozen peas and artichoke hearts and simmer covered
forabout 5 min. Add the tomato sauce and salt and pepper and continue
tosimmer uncovered for 10 more minutes. Stir often enough to keep
