Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Round steak, cut in thin
strips
1 Cup(s) Sliced green pepper
1 Cup(s) Sliced onion
1/2 Cup(s) Coarsely Chopped Celery
1 Cup(s) Sliced mushrooms
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) Corn starch
1 Cup(s) Water
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baltimore Spice Old Bay
seasoning
Directions:
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine.
Addvegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry
about 5minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over
vegetables.Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve
