Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Corn Starch or flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Tablespoon(s) Coarse Ground Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Lemon pepper
4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
4 Teaspoon(s) Onion powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 Teaspoon(s) Beef stock base

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat.
Allowto sit in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking. Place
steakson hot coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine
whilegrilling (optional). Cook 10-15 minutes each side for medium
