1 Cup(s) Thinly sliced onion rings
1/2 Cup(s) Thinly sliced green bell
1/2 Cup(s) Thinly sliced red bell
12 Ounce(s) Swanky Flanky steak, very
thinly sliced
4 French or hoagie-style
rolls halved lengthwise
4 Ounce(s) Reduced-fat cheddar or
Muenster cheese thinly
Coat nonstick medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over
medium-highheat. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook, stirring constantly,
2 to 3minutes, adding a little water from time to time to prevent
sticking andoverbrowning. Preheat broiler. Divide sliced flank steak
over openedrolls. Cover with onion mixture. Top with cheese. Broil,
close to heatsource, 1 minute or until cheese is melted and
